Secure Online Payments may be made using your credit card, debit card or bank account through Paypal. Make secure purchases without revealing your credit card number or financial information. Paypal provides a safe, quick and simple means to purchase online using SSL encryption to protect your private information.

PLEASE NOTE: It is NOT necessary to have a Paypal account in order to pay with your credit or debit card. To pay by credit card without a paypal account, when the paypal screen appears, select: "Don't have a PayPal account? Use your credit card or bank account" found on the lower left-hand corner of the paypal screen.

SweetWaxations does accept one other form of payment (money orders). Once your money order is received your order will be filled. You will need to e-mail sweetwaxations@gmail.com the items you would like, I will then provide you a total and address to send your payment.

Shipping time/charges:

All orders are processed within 7-10 business days from the time they are received. We do NOT conduct business on the weekends or national holidays. We ship via USPS Priority and First Class Mail. Delivery time is 2-5 days according to USPS standards. Please contact us if you would prefer to expedite shipment time so that we can properly adjust shipping costs. Free shipping on ALL orders of $75.00 or more within the United States. International Customers will be invoiced for all shipping costs, unfortunately I am unable to extend free shipping internationally.

Shipping Schedule:

*Subject to change depending on volume, however the customer will be notified when such changes are expected to be longer than a two day delay. You may also receive your order earlier than expected, the schedule is meant to give you a basis of when you can expect your order under normal circumstances.

*International Shipping:*

We do ship internationally. However, you will be sent an invoice for any additional costs for shipping. If you do not agree to the additional amount, you will be refunded via paypal your initial payment and your order will be canceled. Unfortunately, we can not extend *FREE* shipping for International orders. As we grow, this may change. Thank you for understanding.

Hours of Operation:

E-mail is the best form of communication, as I check it throughout the day and return ALL e-mails as promptly as possible.

Back Orders:

We make every effort in being well stocked at all times. In the rare event we are "out of stock" on any item, the customer will receive an e-mail with an estimation of when the order will be completed.

Returns ...

We aim to please. If you are not satisfied, then we are not satisfied. We will exchange or replace any purchase from our website within 30 days of purchase. You, the customer, are responsible for return shipping costs for return for another item. If the item is defective or damaged in any way in transport, SweetWaxations will pay the shipping costs. You will be refunded the shipping amount via paypal unless you paid by money order, you will be refunded via money order. New item(s) will NOT be shipped out until the item(s) of exchange is in our possession. Every shipment is provided a tracking number, if a shipment is lost due to SweetWaxations providing wrong shipping information, it will be replaced within 10 days. If the loss is on the part of USPS, contact me and together we'll work to resolve the issue if possible. Thanks for your cooperation.
